The habit of happiness: Change your life in 30 short days.

I’ve had so many great responses from my new book Perfectly Perfect, and a lot of people are having amazing results from a particular chapter in it that I need to share with you all!

Chapter 3. Create your life

                                   Do this for 30 days. (Or more)

     Pick a goal, dream or anything you want to accomplish. Now you have started journey to your true self. To ensure that you stick with it and receive the full benefits. Write down your goal/dream and how you are going to do in the back of the book or anywhere you will see it everyday.
Read anywhere in this book for moral support, inspiration and advice on getting your dream done. Now everyday look at it & record what progress you have done that day then repeat for the entire 30 days your writing space.
      If possible keep track of your comments or feelings you had towards doing it (even draw a picture.) You will begin to see your way of thinking change throughout the 30 days.
Now this is the most important about how this works. You have to be positive for the entire 30 days. I know you what you are thinking, “How do I do that?!?” Well it’s simple turn every negative into a positive, any time you have envy turn into motivation on what you want. In life everything is a lesson, not fail or win. So remain positive and this will change your life forever! That is it, no catch. Only positive thinking and hard work!

It is never to late to change our lives.

As an example, here is what it would look like (as far as the layout goes).

1. Pick a goal/dream; Help people live life on their own terms.

2. Create the S.M.A.R.T. plan for it. (See how to create one here).

3. (Actually) work on it daily. An hour adds up quicker than we know.

4. Everytime that you are feeling down do something that gets you back in your zone (Read a book, workout, cook a great meal, hike, the list goes on).

5. Repeat the new habit.

Once we create a habit for 21 days (I think 30 is the best amount) it becomes concrete and will soon become second nature to do.
