This has been one of the leading questions that have thought provoked millions and even billions of people throughout the ages. Some say it is just out mind, other say that it is our soul, while most have no idea what it is. In this article, you will learn more on what it is and even better how to take control of it. As many of you already know; our subconscious controls 95% of everything that we do daily. Ranging from how we react to things, to what we do and what we believe in.
Now you are probably asking. (How do I take control of my life and thoughts). There are a number of ways to do it. But first, we have to see what is the influences in our lives.
How to monitor subliminal messages
We are being affected every day by outside influences and half of the time we don’t realize it. How much T.V., movies, songs, books and even people are in your life? Each one affects you differently depending on what it is and if it is negative or positive. There is almost nothing worse than letting someone control your mind.
You can do many things to prevent evasion on your subconscious. Staying positive, staying happy, cleansing and most important getting yourself away from that kind of environment/negativity.
What makes us, us?
We become the 5 people that we hang out with the most. That goes for, top songs you hear, books and media. Just like the 5 people in your life depict on who we will become. So too does the books we read will shape who we will be in 5 years. Try to disconnect yourself from outside sources once in awhile. Reconnect with yourself, evaluate what are your thoughts and not someone else.

Exercise to try
Make a list of all of the things negative in your life. Music, books, media, people and even yourself. Try to cut out or minimize how much you let these things or thoughts affect you. You will be surprised how great this effect’s you in a POSITIVE way
You are the ruler of your conscious, don’t let others take that spot from you. You can do magical things when you have full focus. Stay conscious everyone, now is your time! Like they say there in no enemy without that can hurt you but the enemy within.
Great ways to stay focused
Our brains have a high disseminate to want to just survive. We have to tell ourselves daily what it is that we want out of it. It can be working on one task, asking what is the worst thing that could happen and accepting it and moving on. Then a key way is to meditate and focus on our breaths. Above all not letting the little things get us or over thinking. Being in the here and now.

This is another great way to help change on how “conscious” that we remain.
It’s often said that we are comprised based on our habits and ritual that we live by. Instead of feeling like you need a deadline for your goal. Begin to see it as a way of a life much like a lifestyle. Success and anything in life is a series of a lot of little things done well every day. There is nothing that you can’t do with practice and faith.
We are all in this together but it all starts with you! You are creating history!
